All dolls must be returned in same, pristine condition as delivered.

Returned dolls must be shipped with tracking, insurance, and same carrier in which it was delivered.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Buyer will be refunded the original purchase amount minus the actual shipping cost and handling paid by Greenview Lane.

Replacement dolls cannot be issued as each is one-of-a-kind.
