If your handmade doll is not what you had hoped for, we are more than happy to refund your money within 30 days of the order date.

Please note:

• All dolls must be returned in same, pristine condition as delivered.
• Returned dolls must be shipped with tracking, insurance, and same carrier in which it was delivered.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Buyer will be refunded the original purchase amount minus the actual shipping cost and handling paid by Greenview Lane.
• Replacement dolls cannot be issued as each is one-of-a-kind.
