    • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

    Instructions For Damaged Items

    If an item is damaged during shipment, contact us within a week of receiving your damaged print so that our third-party vendor can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process, please send photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints/products so that we can provide them to our vendor's customer service representative.
